To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

My friend managed to book a table for four, two weeks in advance on a weeknight. We ordered:

麻香聖子 this is a cold dish, tasted very fresh and the texture was very nice!

醬香蓮藕 overall this dish was nice but a bit too much sauce!

沙薑香蹄 not a bad dish, the shallots was definitely the star of the dish

And lastly a eel pot! The eel tasted very fresh, but it was a bit too salty to my liking!

Overall very good value for money and authentic taste of Chiu chow food!

We paid $1050 for 4!
