We are very disappointed after we tried the poutine today. Basically, in a good poutine, the cheese should melt together with the gravy, not hard and chunky like this. The taste of the gravy is ok but it's not hot enough to melt the cheese. The fries is simply very soft and not crispy at all and it's a bit too burned!! We are very disappointed after we tried the poutine today. Basically, in a good poutine, the cheese should melt together with the gravy, not hard and chunky like this. The taste of the gravy is ok but it's not hot enough to melt the cheese. The fries is simply very soft and not crispy at all and it's a bit too burned!! This is nothing compare to the poutine we had in Canada, or at a little place at central. Extremely disappointed and it's so over price for this kind of quality. It's so under the standard if their main dish they sell is fries and can't make them good. On top of that, the shop is suppose to open at 11:00 but when we get there at 11:05 is still close, and they said they are still preparing the food, and the workers are only chatting inside in a round circle. How unprofessional!!!

As a conclusion, i won't go there again simply don't worth the money and time.....
