Last Fri night we went to have dinner buffet. We tried the buffet here a few years ago and the memory was quite good. However, we were disappointed this time. We knew that the choice of the food is limited to seafood and some meat only. So we had a high expectation on their quality and speciality. Last Fri night we went to have dinner buffet. We tried the buffet here a few years ago and the memory was quite good. However, we were disappointed this time.

We knew that the choice of the food is limited to seafood and some meat only. So we had a high expectation on their quality and speciality. But there were only fresh oyster, crab, shrimp, mini lobstar plus some baked oyster and scallop, and grilled salmon. They were just the ones provided by typical buffet, nothing special.
For the meat, we had steak, lamb chop, sausage and chicken but the steak and lamb were grilled in batch and even over cooked (in my opinion), at least over medium-well. As there were not much guests, I think they could cook the meat by order.
Apart form the seafood and meat, there were also some salad, grilled vegetables, fruits and cakes.
Compared to the buffet provided by the same hotel (indoor one) and other hotels, the prices are similar but TOO limited choices here and the quality is ordinary.
