Previous visited for dinner, we opened wine, ordered starters, while waiting for friends we saw next table has bread so we asked the server, first server said no bread can be served, so I asked another server why would the next table has bread, we don’t kind to pay for it, he said they don’t sell it so he said he will need to check with the chef if we can have the bread. I was shocked, is it mean there is a chance the chef would say we are not allow? When they brought the bread over, I thought it would be a high quality bread but it was just a few pieces of toasted bread.

I forgot about this until my second visit yesterday at lunch, my friend ask for the bread and the serve said the exact same thing, check withy he chef first, and brought over a few burnt toast.

The food itself is not cheap, we spent 4000$ for dinner last time, but they cannot provide a better quality of bread without begging for it???

The food was ok, there is better food/ bread and service out there within the same price.
