難得全Team人一起午飯,老闆一早已訂了枱,我們一行五人,原來除了老闆,全部都是第一次光顧。午市有set lunch,有頭盤加主菜,如要甜品則雖要再加錢。我的頭盤點了bean salad,紅醋汁的沙律很好味,絕對就是正宗西餐的好味沙律。主菜我點了豬扒,意想不到的是豬扒肉很軟、很腍,並不是乾柴感的豬扒,有肉汁,而西餐是很注重醬汁的,這個肉汁的調味也很好,絕對要讚。更有驚喜的是這兒的咖啡,我點了cappacino,奶泡打得很好、很厚,為一餐作了完美的結尾。

To start with, we ordered a Soft Duck Egg Raviolo, which was filled with fresh ricotta cream, black truffle, burnt sage butter, and pecorino. There was an unexpected flow of egg yolk when I cut up the raviolo. Nice surprise! The raviolo was heavily flavored with black truffle and ricotta cream, very delicious and enjoyable.

Between pork chop and monkfish, we picked monkfish with the staff recommendation. It's a huge solid piece of fish on top of black bean & chorizo ragout, spring onion and romesco. The fish was smoking hot but not overcooked. Meat was solid yet tender. This is my first time ever trying a monkfish.

For HKD200 Lunch set was very mediocre. Taste was just ok. Ingredient was very plain, i.e. they use bakchoy with pork. Their pasta taste just little better than mac n cheese. Service was average. They didn't give us chocolate desert that I got last time I visited ordering the same lunch set.

I forgot about this until my second visit yesterday at lunch, my friend ask for the bread and the serve said the exact same thing, check withy he chef first, and brought over a few burnt toast.

The food itself is not cheap, we spent 4000$ for dinner last time, but they cannot provide a better quality of bread without begging for it???

The food was ok, there is better food/ bread and service out there within the same price.

I went to fish & meat for a Sunday brunch - though it was a bit pricey I enjoyed myself between the fresh salads mains and dessert. I like how they really pay attention to their veggies and season it well. My favorite part was also their pancake stations which means freshly made pancakes right before your eyes! Lovely. 嚟之前做了功課, 說這是其中一款必試的頭盤。
義大利餃/雲吞是我喜愛的pasta之一, 佢既大小剛剛做到同隻淺碟一樣, 驟眼看就好似一件pancake咁。
而且包住鴨蛋黃切開時以流心姿態一湧而出, 好激動啊!  入面好creamy, 因為有ricotta cream同埋牛油味~ 當然仲有陣陣黑松露同埋sage葉香味, !

i ordered an appetizer with pumpkin and some salad, quite refreshing but pumpkin a bit too hard and the sauce is too sour for me. main course was a mushroom pasta with cream sauce. it's nice! drinks have to be ordered separately and not included in the set. i took a blueberry mocktail and it's nice. a pauline was offered to put a perfect end to the meal.

the food and drink is not those that would impress you a lot but overall it's quite nice with the chill atmosphere for spending a weekend afternoon here. i will come back for to try the sunday brunch!

兩兄妹都很愛這裡的火腿、煙三文魚恰蛋蝴蝶意粉、牛角包;更愛是超鬆軟的好吃 pancake,不是講笑,水準比不少甜點專門店都高呢!在悉尼沒吃到 Pancakes on the Rock,這天能夠在 Fish & Meat 如願,感覺好開心~除了對 Pancake 近乎浮誇的欣賞,兩兄妹也非常喜歡巨大虎蝦,尤其妹妹吃到竪起手指公!
 
由於二人對 Pancake 太欣賞了,根本不用給他們點主菜已經夠飽,兩口子就自己靜靜享受啦!主菜有5款選擇,我們被 Poached egg 吸引而點了 Sweet Potato Fritters,除了誘人流心蛋,上面滿是煙三文魚及牛油果番茄沙沙,底下才是帶辣意的甜蕃薯脆餅,組合非常有趣~

另一主菜是囝囝也分享了1/3的 Pan Fried Barramundi,稱得上是 Fish & Meat,這裡的魚類向來做得好吃,這盲槽魚也不例外地皮脆肉嫩,加上健康配菜,既美妙又營養豐富。萬一同行小孩真的不夠飽,其實也可付成人半價 ($195),去享用多一份主菜。
