To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. This restaurant was on Open Rice's top ten list last month; therefore, I decided to try it out yesterday.  The place is not conveniently located, which is ok to me.  I got there around 5:30pm, and it's not busy at all.  We chose to sit at the balcony, but actually there's not much view.  The place looks nicer on the photos. 
Since we were very hungry and read previous open rice comments, we decided what to eat very quickly.  However, we waived for about 10 mins and no staff would come out to the balcony to serve us (actually two of the waitresses acknowledged us by nodding their head from a distance and never approached us).  We ordered Berries Cooler, English Breakfast Everything and Tofu Steak. 
English Breakfast: only came with one small piece of bread.  the bacon seems like air-dried and overcooked.  This is a below average dish.  As a matter of fact, the customer at the next table ordered the same thing and didn't finish either.
Tofu Steak: came with 2 pcs of tofu, a portobello mushroom with spinach and 2 pcs of eggplant.  Tastless.....
Berries Cooler: this was ok, but I had better.  For $88, it's not worth it.
Although there were several wait staff, but none of them paid attention to the customers sitting at the balcony.  Everytime we want something, we have to walk inside to ask them.  This place's service and food need big improvement.  I would not go back again.
