Disappointed Peking Duck meal

We orderd a duck with 2 servings, ie with Pan Cakes and Minced meat with lecttuces. Badly served only skin, and fats, with pan cakes, and tiny portion of minced duck meat with lecttuces. Waiter explained most Asian customers like skin only and westerners like skin with meat, with such reason is unreal. To me they do not know how to do Peking Duck!
