For 50HKD one would expect a good portion of fresh salad leaves and crispy pita on a bed of fresh vegetables. The whole point of a Fatoush salad if that gentle drizzle of acidity that drifts through your palate as you savour those fresh greens ans vegetables. And they dont seem to be interested in retaining. No water to serve or buy. I am sorry Falafel hut.. Big improvement needed.
