I recently tried the lamb kebab from this takeaway shop, and I must say, it was absolutely delightful! The flavors were incredibly rich and well-balanced. The tender and succulent pieces of lamb were perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. The aromatic spices infused into the meat created a mouthwatering experience that left me craving for more.

🥰 This is a simple mixed salad that comes with a lemon sauce and mayo (but I asked to exclude it).
The falafels were similar to the ones I tried at @chickpea.HK - crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They weren’t dry and crumbly either, which I appreciate

On it’s own, without the mayo, this would’ve been very very dry, so make sure to get the hummus on the side!!!

Keto friendly! The place has some sitting (around 2 stools) outside, in a bar table style. There was a bit of a wait for the salad, because there were multiple people waiting during a normal Tuesday night.I ordered a beef donner salad (spicy) - it was made fresh and the dish overall was quite nice, meat was juicy and sauces were amazing - but the spicy-ness level could be upped a few notches!

Other Info. : The menu in OpenRice is only a small selection, there are salads available.

It does home delivery as well!

Love the peaceful and diverse neighbourhood around.

The whole point of a Fatoush salad if that gentle drizzle of acidity that drifts through your palate as you savour those fresh greens ans vegetables. And they dont seem to be interested in retaining. No water to serve or buy. I am sorry Falafel hut.. Big improvement needed.

I live in K Town and come here about once a month. First off this has to be the cleanest kebab joint I've ever been to. Seriously, it's kept shockingly clean and food is handled with care. HAving worked in restaurants I can appreciate a well run and tidy kitchen.

Secondly, the owners are super friendly and it's nice to have a place where you're recognized as a regular.

Thirdly, I tend to show up here at odd hours, either late night or a late afternoon snack. What's surprised me is how consistent the food is regardless of when I show up.

Food wise it's definitely the best kebab/ middle eastern fair available in this part of town less u want to go out to Central where there are plenty of good options.

I usually go for the chicken sheesh taouk with rice. It's cooked to order, succulent and seasoned nicely on a bed of rice. The hummus is okay (not bad, not the best). And the fries are, well, they're good fries but they're not overly greasy or fried in old oil.

So I'm not going to say this place is going to blow your mind or it's the best kebab you've had. But it's a solid place, with consistently good food-- and they treat you right here.

I visited the place assuming that it would be a good place for Falafel. Even though i ordered Falafel sandwich which is supposed to be made in Pita bread they made a Falafel kebab wrapped in roll. It was so dissappointing. I would had gone to any other place that serves Kebabs instead going all way to Kennedy town for a falafel kebab. I am very fond of Falafel as i am a Vegeterian. I have tried most of the places that serve Falafel in HK. But unfortunately not found any good yet in HK.

I love Middle Eastern food especially Kebabs and Pita bread. The shop is colourful and reminds me of the game Jewel crush.Unfortunately I wasted my quota by eating some Chinese noodles nearby which made me queasy so I got the Tabbouleh.I would have got the Kebabs but it is a bit difficult sitting infront of the heated grill and there isn't anywhere nearby to sit down. The Tabbouleh costs the same as the Kebah which makes it expensive because Tabbouleh is just chopped parsley, tomatoes, onions, cum

But anyway, I loved it because it was refreshing with a strong kick of Middle Eastern spices that are not spicy.
Next time I hope to try the salmon sandwich because you don't often see this option in a Middle Eastern eatery.
