This looked WAY better than it tasted.

To be honest, it really didn’t taste good. The egg, though thick, only tasted mildly of egg. It also wasn’t that smooth.

Rather than being a thick piece of scrambled egg, it was like a thin plain omelette folded over many times. It tasted almost bland, like the kind served at the most ordinary cafes, and I wouldn’t have known that it incorporated Hokkaido milk.

It also made the bread soggy, since the latter was not toasted. The thickness of the bread made no improvement to the sandwich, besides fill you up more.

It looked impressive, yet it was such a disappointment to eat. It was not worth the long wait at all. Eggs done by the restaurant’s main rival eatery are unquestionably of higher quality. Maybe eggs fare better with Australian milk…
