I booked this restaurant 2 days ahead of my visit via bistrochat, the night before my booking I received a text showing the wrong booking time. I booked this restaurant 2 days ahead of my visit via bistrochat, the night before my booking I received a text showing the wrong booking time. I immediately called the restaurant to rectify it, the restaurant assured me that they have amended the booking record on their system. Yet nothing was actually done and on the day of the booking, just 10 minutes before my booking, I received a call saying they made a mistake about my booking. I was already on my way and at the restaurant, the staff there had the audacity to blame me for booking late (2 days in advance is late? you are just a regular restaurant.) and did not even offer a proper apology. The level of service was just appalling.
