It's been on my to-try list for quite a while, but this place is located quite distal to any rail station, so it took me some time to finally be able to try it. 🥹---There are various kind of freshly housemade bagel, from plain to savory and sweet flavors. You can purchase them on their own or choose the diverse stuffings menu written on the wall. I picked onion flavored bagel for adding the savoriness to my sandwich. The bagel was chewy, yet bouncy while rich in onion taste with the depth of flavor from the yeast. While it was heated before serving, the outer shell got an extra crispy crust. Thick layer of pork floss and taro paste was stuffed inside, which can never go wrong. At the same time, it was a clever touch to add the peanut butter for nutty taste. Tho it was a bite on the pricey side, its whole quality worths every penny and I would highly recommended you guys to try😍.
