因為在附近工作,今日同同事去了西洋菜南街的磊犇食lunch~可能餐廳新開,午市人流不多。進去後,先在門口點餐,lunch除了有餐廳主打的石燒牛之外,還有石鍋飯可選,價錢更經濟實惠。點餐後,可以出去自取湯、飯、飲品和圍裙。桌上有提供不同醬汁和調味料,可以自行diy🙈🔸西冷牛扒 (200g) $120🔸牛肩肉 (300g) $110牛扒上石板時,只有一成熟。客人可以自己控制生熟度,不過鐵板磁磁聲,不時彈到手😕牛肩肉相對較抵食,份量較多,而且價錢更抵。兩者質素相若,牛肩肉牛味濃些,不過肉質較厚,要小心,容易老左變得鞋口。
