To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於中環的秘密花園cafe <EverShine>店子細細原來別有洞天如果天氣不太熱可以選擇花園露台雅座或是可以選擇室內的少量位置紫薯窩夫配焦糖海鹽和雪糕不同的生果令整個窩夫顏色更豐富熱烘烘的窩夫加上冰凍的雪糕確是炎炎夏日的一大享受輕煎帶子黑松露菠菜牛肝菌意粉意粉充滿着黑松露的香氣如果帶子份量再多些便更好了這杯飲品的名字是藍天白雲其實是海鹽焦糖香蕉藍螺旋藻牛奶除了適合拍照亦非常健康喝下去不會太甜但仍嚐到香蕉牛奶的味道mocha的賣相也很好咖啡和奶的平衡恰到好處老闆娘人很好會主動幫忙拍照牆上也有不少關於店舖的報道可見其受歡迎程度
