I was invited for a birthday dinner. First experience at this Michelin recommendation restaurant. Location is very near the Princess Edward MTR station. Venue is not big, and offer need to move around for people passing by during the dinner. Toilet is extremely small in size and hard to access in and out. Ive tried the 1) Sweets & Sour Pork, Small rips, don’t have a good combination with fat and very plain in taste. 2) Baked Salt Chicken, guess is a free range chicken or over cooked, the texture of the meat is very hard. 3) Pigeon, Small in sizes with little meat to eat, very fried and dry. 4) Calamari, very fried and too heavily in flour. 5) Steam egg with clam, Can’t really taste the freshness inside the steam eggs. 6) Prawn with fried noodles, Used farm prawn and noodles is over fried, more like chips then noodles. 8) Clam Rice Noodles Soup, So So very plain taste. 9) Slices Beef with Bean spout, Beef is very tender and juicy, surprisingly tasty and is a must try item. 10) Spicy Fish, It’s not spicy at all and the fish is very texture and smooth. 11) Bday Bun. Chinese bday bun was big in size, hot in temperature and have a nice lotus with egg inside the bun, very delicious. Overall, I cannot recommend to others compare to the quality and the value of the food. It cost us $500 per head for mostly simple dishes without ordering any drinks. Over rated by the Michelin Recommendation.
