I ordered the tonkatsu donburi with egg. A few issues with the food. The fried pork cutlet was extremely soggy, & I almost didn’t want to eat it but I didn’t want to waste any more food. There was barely any egg in the mirin sauce. They basically put a entire chopped onion in the bowl, and I don’t know why. There was way more onion than egg, sauce, or pork cutlet. There was way more onion than egg, sauce, or pork cutlet. They put like 2-3 servings of short grain white rice in the bowl. The proportions of each ingredient made no sense to me. Overall I expected more from this price point. In fact you can find a better tonkatsu donburi bowl upstairs.
The chicken karage is not bad, but a little different from other Japanese restaurants.
