The food was just as dreamy as well. I would state if you plan to eat quite slowly ordering the shorter 6 course would be better since you only have 2 hours. However, since I eat on a faster side, I ordered their full 8 course.

The bread and amuse bouche was already a great start. If I wasn't told it was the amuse bouche, I would have thought this was one of the courses.

The slow cooked wagyu was almost melting in my mouth and the way they slow cooked it almost made it taste like raw(despite it isn't). The truffle emulsion added an extra flavor without overpowering the dish.

The Botanebi Sashimi was springy but the most surprising part was the seasoning. The green next to it is not wasabi but a sorbert mixed with cucumber and ginger, which was extremely refreshing.

The quail was also really tender and the smoked tomato gave it a extraordinary aroma.

The Morel had an earthy taste and the mousse and sauce was a lovely addition to this dish.

The surprise dish was the soup. It was really rich and almost acted like a sauce for the prawn.

The sea urchin of the dish was sweet and the soba soaked up the sauce of the dish yet its texture was not affected.

The skin of the kinmedai had a nice crisp to it and though the flesh was still tender. It was the first time I had comte cheese as a sauce for a fish dish but it definitely worked for this one.

Their dessert was definitely dreamy without being too sweet.
