Haven't had proper Japanese food for awhile, been missed fresh sashimi so much lately since my last visit to Japan was over a year ago 😢 so I decided to ask my friend who are Japanese food lover as well to dine at this newly operated Japanese restaurant as it located in Jordan, the middle point between us haha! The reason why we know this restaurant is because I saw the interview randomly from a magazine that it states their attitude to treat food in which I appreciate very much, and the traditional way to order in Japanese restaurant: omakese, is a tailor-made menu designed by main chef of the day to make you an unique dinner by your eating preference & personality throughout conversation with the main chef, how interesting isn't it? Especially for me, I love Japanese food but I don't know Japanese language so I can only try omakese in Hong Kong instead.

Obviously, we could feel all people in restaurant including waiters and the chef were so friendly that we had causal talk during the dinner time. The chef really had sensitive observation to control the flow and serving speed among different tables when we were explained what we were gonna have between different course. I think the manager was very experienced who arranged us to bar table letting us to watch how professional the chef was! It definitely was such enjoyable delight to see the chef every single movement because you could know how familiar the chef did, like when you see him cutting, peeling the food, and the sense of matching appropriate seasoning with the food.

We were surprised by those cooked dishes after having sashimi, like the Grilled Codfish Fillet in White Miso Sauce & Stuffed Crab Shell with Truffles, these two dishes totally amazed us! The texture of codfish tasted tender and smooth and always perfect match with white miso sauce, but not too oily even I kept picking the fish meat before it become cold. The stuffed crab shell is combination of Western and Japanese and a bit improved in between two cooking styles, nice match that fresh crab leg meat with strong truffles!

You could find yourself in comfortable way during the time, from a talk with the chef or the manager, they would offer you a try of their house sake or even offered by other tables, to have nice conversation between people in there as long as you appreciate this eating style! This is not only about the seafood quality, but also our attitude to the food, trust and appreciation to whom arrange you the meal. At last we were satisfied by 2 special flavours of ice cream: sakura & ginger! They were much nicer than we thought they could be, very unique floral and refreshing little ginger bites, not really sweet nor artificial. Much appreciated that every single piece of food in nice decoration to enrich my visual & taste experience, also give you some inspiration!
