I love durian so stopped by to try the durian cheese series.There is a durian cheese puff and durian filo pastry cups.The pairing of cheese and durian is a bit weird with two pungent ingredients but in HK, they don't really use strong cheeses as expected, the cheese just gave it a stringy texture without really giving it any cheesy flavour.It is a hot pastry which is quite nice with sweet warm durian filling and some chewy texture from the cheese.The durian pastry reminded me of this sweet quesa

It is a hot pastry which is quite nice with sweet warm durian filling and some chewy texture from the cheese.The durian pastry reminded me of this sweet quesadilla which was filled with green tea and cheese at Tai On building.

The other durian filo pastry cup was lovely durian flesh on crispy filo pastry but there was a strange fizzy taste to it.
