Even though you may sit down at 17:30 for pre-prandial drinks, food can only be served from 18:00 onwards.  Particularly enjoyed the speedy service of the early dining menu if you have a show to catch.   New chef from Spain maintained the good standard of the kitchen,  my starter of buratina cheese with heirloom tomatoes were light and refreshing, the two oysters I asked to replace the dessert were both large and succulent, main course of sole was overcooked but the sauce came with clementine flavour that was novel and uplifting.  Petits fours came regardless of my aversion to dessert, I tried a few and they were reassuringly too sweet - for those who like dessert, eat to your hearts' content.  Accompanying wines were served in generous portions, though the charge per glass is still high.
Other Info. : Location is great for HKCC performance, but crossing the busy road can be a pain once you step outside the Peninsula. Service very attentive and accommodative. Lovely harbour view. Not cheap
