Went Tai Po for hiking and my friend brought this egg waffle and told us this is famous in Tai Po. The outer egg waffle was crispy, it had enough time to cool down before put inside the bag. Inner part was not just air but still have something to eat, it was soft. It was sweet enough and had the taste of egg.
