It tasted exactly like egg but slightly softer and runnier with a slight thick stickiness to it.The only let down was that it was a bit too oily, also mentioned in another English review.
Next was the siumai which was soft because it had a lot of vegetables in it.
The Sichuan mouth watering mock chicken tasted better than I expected because it was crispy and the beany sauce was fragrant with a touch of Sichuan pepper but it was a bit too salty.
Then there was crispy red beancurd monkey mushrooms which tasted like fried red beancurd chicken wings which are my favourites, so I naturally liked it!!
