Pic 2️⃣: 个園蔥油鮑片拌麵 / Ge Yuan Noodles with Sliced Abalone in Scallion Oil - $158 hkd 🍜
— Highly recommend this dish! These noodles were so flavourful and delicious I couldn’t stop eating them! The scallion oil was so fragrant and the noodles were able to soak up every bit of goodness of the sauce. The abalone slices were also very flavourful and tender.


Pic 3️⃣: 慢燒煙燻脆皮雞 / Slow-cooked Smoked Crispy Chicken - $268 hkd (half) 🐓
— Well executed, smoky flavours. The chicken was also very tender and had an even distribution of fat to it. Personally thought the marinade could’ve been slightly saltier.


Pic 4️⃣: 个園揚州蛋絲炒飯 / Ge Yuan Fried Rice in Yangzhou Style - $138 hkd 🍚
— A very classic dish that’s hard to go wrong with. Loved the dry finish of the fried rice and the combination of ingredients in it. Slightly on the greasier end but still good.


Pic 5️⃣: 百步蔥油餅 / Pan-fried Scallion Pancakes - $68 hkd
— Loved this! They’re best consumed instantly whilst they’re still hot. Loved the flaky texture of the pancake and the scallion ratio was perfect.


Pic 6️⃣: 上海生煎包 / Pan-fried Pork Buns - $58 hkd
— Sooo good! Can we just appreciate how plump these look 😍 Pan-fried fresh to order, these buns were simply irresistible! the meat filling was super juicy and flavourful which went perfectly with the pillowy soft buns.


Pic 7️⃣: 鹹肉煮津白 / Braised Chinese Cabbage with Sliced Salted Pork & Jinhua Ham - $128 hkd
— The broth was so amazing. You can definitely taste the flavours coming from salted pork and jinhua ham. This is a nice light vegetable dish to have in between.
