To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食放題一定要搵大喜屋數數手指，呢間尖沙咀既殿大屋食，已經食過超過五次以上。屋企人食飯、朋友聚會、慶祝生日，食放題都係一個唔錯既選擇。因為放題食物種類豐富，鍾意叫咩就叫咩，唔同口味既人都可以搵到佢想食既野。尖沙咀殿大喜屋係大喜屋系列裏面比較出色嘅一間，嘢食選擇會多咗啲高級嘅食材，例如鮑魚、大蝦、海膽。而且間唔中會推出新嘅菜式，保持返新鮮感。食物質素都好穩定。流轉非常快，所以食物送到上枱都係熱辣辣，好新鮮。甜品都不時有新產品，奶凍、麻糬、切餅，簡單，但美味，仲有Häagen-Dazs雪糕任食。飲品區除左果汁汽水茶之外，更有不同酒精提供，燒酒、梅酒、啤酒任君選擇。好似我呢d 有選擇困難症，樣樣都想試，放題就係好適合既選擇。記得一定要book咗位先，如果唔係就有排等㗎啦！
