To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🇵🇹🍷🍽️Enjoy的葡國菜▫️每位$388+10% 🛎️環境好好，燭光晚餐，而服務都好好，侍應好有禮貌，好主動加水及收碟，上菜時亦會介紹菜式🍴前菜✅自家製肉醬、醃製橄欖、鄉村麵包麵包每人有兩塊，用布袋裝住上，配咗橄欖油，橄欖，同埋自家製嘅魚肉醬，個醬真係好特別，有少少似吞拿魚蓉，幾好味。✅紅菜頭沙津配羊奶芝士呢個沙律好特別，除咗有好多紅菜頭粒，仲有啲蘿蔔粒、牛油果醬、芫荽碎，加上鹹香嘅羊奶芝士，清新得黎都幾特別✅炸馬介休球一份有兩粒，但係都好大粒，新鮮炸起，外皮又薄又脆，而裏面嘅魚肉撈埋薯蓉，好滑，配埋個醬，簡直冇得頂！✅傳統葡萄牙白酒蒜蜆隻蜆好大隻，啲肉好飽滿，個汁特別調配嘅都好好味，除咗有少少白酒味牛油味都好香。✅香烤伊比利亞黑毛豬豬肋眼呢個同樣好出色，烤得剛剛好，外皮有少少焦脆嘅感覺，但係肉咬落就會爆汁，配搭咗個酸酸辣辣嘅醬，好得意。🍽️主菜✅招牌焗鴨飯焗鴨飯真係好香口，用砵仔上，面層嘅飯粒好似飯焦咁脆卜卜，裏面有好多鴨肉，完全融合喺啲飯裏面，上面更有臘腸同埋豬腩肉。✅葡式烤乳豬一份有4件，外皮烤得好脆，但係肉好嫩，易咬，配埋個汁幾好味，仲有個油飯做配搭。🍰甜品✅傳統葡萄牙餅乾朱古力蛋
