To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次去全世界最高的酒店～香港麗思卡爾頓酒店103樓食自助晚餐，心情十分興奮！Ritz-Carlton很難得之前有promotion,我當然零秒出擊去搶（buy 2 get 1 free) ，可以望住維景海港食自助餐😁😁食物質素高，連升降機也是外籍員工負責，好high呀😆😆坐位非常之舒服，最開心係一邊望住個維港，一邊慢慢享受美食我第一時間當然係食原隻龍蝦🦞+長腳蟹及蟹鉗😁😆，然後就食三文魚+原粒帶子（非常新鮮）熟食也有很多選擇，例如威靈頓三文魚文+香蕉葉烤森巴魔鬼魚甜品更多，好努力去淺嚐😄😄
