Restaurant: The Edible Projects (T.E.P.)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一印象是風格及裝修都很IGable,加上小島風情,有種遠離煩囂的感覺,很chill。由於本人是vegetarian,餐廳亦有不少vegan friendly 的menu可供選擇,實在太好了!我們點了:White Coffee, Basque Burnt Cheesecake, 素肉卷(冬蔭公味有少少辣),蘑菇肝醬配法包,熱情沙冰,大約$300元左右,CP值很高!店主和員工都非常友善,食物質素遠勝價錢,希望不久將來有機會再回來!
