i used to believe that there is no choice of desserts in shatin, but i changed after today's afternoon tea.tasting their $56 double scoops cone in both kowloon tong and ifc,i found that the quality of ice cream was different!!!that in ifc was much much fresher and larger in size and stronger in taste than that in kowloon tong, but i couldn't always travel that long way, just for that better quality but wasting more transportation fee, right?therefore i decided to try this shatin shop, nearer my home
but i changed after today's afternoon tea.
i found that the quality of ice cream was different!!!
that in ifc was much much fresher and larger in size and stronger in taste than that in kowloon tong,
but i couldn't always travel that long way,
just for that better quality but wasting more transportation fee,
right?
nearer my home to reduce the transportation fee.
paying this price,
though the food was good,
i hope them to have a better service to customers.
they made the product and just hold it in the air,
not like yesterday when i went to ifc shop,
they would hold it inside the fridge,
so as to keep it not melting.
i ordered strawberry cheese cake and creme brulee this time,
because the ice cream was too, like ifc shop, having a much stronger taste than kowloon tong shop.
lucky me!!!
ice cream here was even not as sweet as that in ifc shop,
so that means the quality of ice cream was in a queue of 1. shatin 2. ifc 3. kowloon tong.
but with stronger butter taste.
chocolate sauce was just with a right amount and the almond crisp was tasting better than chocolate chips which i chose in both past experiences.
strawberry was little, not fresh and not sweet.
but for the ice cream,
i would definitely return to this shop,
but not that everything loser kowloon tong shop!!!
