To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I have been coming to this restaurant for sometime now and the owners are extremely friendly, can communicate well in English and can also remember my order even if I haven't been for several months. My personal favourite is the wontons and beef brisket with flat noodles in a beef soup and a dash of the mala and chilli sauce which is provided on each table. The mala and chilli sauce complements the noodles well and I have also bought their sauce on several occasions and used it to make various dishes and used it as a side sauce for hot pot too. I would recommend restaurant to anyone looking for a cheap and delicious meal with fast and friendly service!
