To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

In HK where food quality and customer service "together" is non-existent, we found them both at Hooked! Just ate at this place tonight. We were going to go to the place on Peel street called White Beard, but decided to give this place a try. We are glad we did - the fish was very fresh and the batter tasted great- thin and not oily as you would find in many chips shops: In fact, this is the only batter I've ever eaten as I usually find it's too greasy. Just ate at this place tonight. We were going to go to the place on Peel street called White Beard, but decided to give this place a try. We are glad we did - the fish was very fresh and the batter tasted great- thin and not oily as you would find in many chips shops: In fact, this is the only batter I've ever eaten as I usually find it's too greasy. Having lived in the UK while husband lived in Ireland- places with great fish and chip traditions. We could say that this place is better than any place we have eaten in either country. While
White Beard (in central ferry) was very greasy and the fish wasn't fresh, this place is one we are definitely going back to. Customer Service was excellent, by the way.

In terms of Food quality-price-portion ratio- Excellent. We enjoyed the food, were full without the feeling of being ripped-off
