I\'ve had my dinner in VQ last night. The main hall was packed and I was offered a table outside. I\'ve ordered the Ossobuco (braised lamb shank) and I ordered their Tiramisu after I\'ve finished the main course. I encountered the same problem of having the Panini quite late & not having the napkin initially. I have to ask the waiter for the napkin. But then when the Panini came then you\'ll forget the bad feeling of having to ask for a napkin since the paini is really delicious (freshly baked & grilled), and don\'t forget the olive oil & balsamic vinegar. The crunchy slender little bread (I forget to ask the name of it, the one offered in other Italian restaurants is often much bigger in size) is also tasty. Then come the Ossobuco. Beautifully set on mashed potato, the lamb shank was braised to perfection, juicy & tender. The cherry tomatoes are sweet & juicy. The grilled garlic was creamy in texture, and the excellent flavor was unforgettable for a garlic lover like me. The Tiramisu is also very delicious with an interesting presentation, I\'ll call it DIY. You’ll know what I mean when you order it. I\'ve the same observation and opinion that they have very junior supporting waiters that required more thorough and formal training in order to serve in a restaurant that serve bravo food.
