分子雪糕以前食過，但這間舖頭裝修幾得意，所以入去試下。佢地用液態氮製作gelato, 味道比普通雪糕香濃一，質感香滑，唔會有食完甜耶耶之感覺。松露朱古力和開心果味highly recommend ^^.另外其意式三文治都用料十足，值得一試！
