Tried their pork noodles and yuzu salad today. The BBQ pork noodles came with a bowl of soup in which there were some vege and meatballs. The soup was fine though the meatballs were too fat for me. I prefer mixing the noodles with the fish sauce instead of the soup as suggested by the staff. The BBQ pork was quite good though may not tender enough for some ppl. I personally prefer such texture instead of oily Ines like the pork neck. However, it was a bit too salty when I had the last few pieces

What is shown in the pic is the less noodles version which is still a lot actually.

The yuzu shrimp salad especially the shrimp was delicious. The 2 shrimps (I was expecting 3 as some of the foodies' pics showed 3 shrimps in their salad😐) were fresh and tasty. There were cucumbers and cash chews in the salad which mixed well tgt with the yuzu. I would prefer more cucumber which add more texture to the salad. If red onions are also added in, that would be even better. Interestingly, it v delicious to eat this salad the cold noodles. I think the shop can consider offering a dish which mixes these 2 dishes tgt.

I would also suggest the shop to offer more mix and match options so ppl try more dishes even if they go by themselves only (as I observed many customers went there individually). e.g. Mix beef and chicken skewers noodles/ beef and chicken skewers in one dish/ smaller portion of some food such as salad, skewers, noodle
