Passed by this cafe many times, but never try.
Finally we got some times and would like to try with friends.
Tried to make the reservation, but the waitress told me no reservation on public holiday.
We came to here around 2:45. We did not have to wait.
It could accommodate around 20-25 people. When we arrived, still got few tables were available.
The inter decor was traditional Shangri La style (traditional high end 5star hotel style).
It provided different types of salad, sandwiches, breads, cakes and drinks.
Chinese dim sum/ small dishes served until 3pm, afternoon tea set start at 3pm,
We ordered the tea set with 2 drinks, but this place was not offering alcohol.

The third level served different types of bread, second level served original scones and green tea scones with cream and jam.
The top level served assorted pastries.

Wild salmon with black tea spinach bread, French Brie cheese with Earl Grey caramelised walnut
,Foie gras terrine with honey brioche, Blue crab meat with rose jelly malt bread, Lobster tartare with black tea mini bun

All of the ingredients are expensive.
Wild salmon with black tea spinach bread & French Brie cheese with Earl Grey caramelised walnut were my favorites.

Also, the  scone was really nice, not too dry.
I did not try the green tea one, but my frd told me it was good.

Jasmine tea chocolate berries, Matcha green tea chocolate Opera, Apricot Ceylon tea infused orange mousse
Mint chocolate with Tie Guan Yin ganache tart & Earl Grey macaron

For the assorted pastries, it was too sweet for me.

***Service was excellent.
Would like to come back again.
