招牌紅酒燴牛尾. With a grilled potato on the side. Generally not a fan; but this one has appropriate crispy sides. So not bad.

迷你荷葉飯. Not bad, but very shallow container. “Mini” indeed- finished in 3 spoonfuls.

In summary: a bit short staffed; but not bad for the price. Dim sum was good. I guess one would have to try the more appropriate items for the real Michelin ⭐️ experience.
