I had made the reservation to have afternoon tea in such well renowned restaurant. I need to make reservation with credit card backup. I like the way how I get to the restaurant from hidden alleyway from the mall. My friend and I were guided to our seats and I saw a piece of tissue on the ground right next to my table. It’s a bit turn off but I guess the staffs were busy. The afternoon tea started with salty dish first then all of the sweet dishes will come after. In fact, I had ordered take away tea set before so I wanted to try the difference between dine in and take away. For sure, I like to have afternoon tea dine in since the staffs are very attentive with unlimited coffee refill. The downside is I expected to have the WOW experience. I have already addressed my opinion in the above to the restaurant and Zoey has made a standard reply to me which didn’t reflect to the 5 stars hotel service. There is a shocking point is I saw some random customer just walked in and they can be seated immediately. No reservation needed.
