To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同肥B去烘焙嘉年華阿茂整包，無諗起又可以食自助餐，咁咪book咗1點半整包。原本諗住搏一搏，睇吓去唔去得切灣景廳度試平平地自助餐，點知原來薈景都有個express lunch buffet(OpenRice淨見到dinner buffet)，198，試吓啦。叫得express都預咗無乜嘢食，但喺正烘焙展樓下一層，帶住女唔使趕已經好好。嘢食真係唔多，主菜選擇極少，都有烏冬set同煙三文魚意粉嘅，不過無海鮮，嘢食味道都唔錯，有汽水一罐或果汁一杯外，依舊有coffee or tea。最正係今日天朗氣清，個景好正。推介個檸檬撻，只可惜真係太趕，食唔切雪糕😭 阿女食咗當我食咗...#daydaybuffet #lazymama #3.5stars#日日自助餐 #懶人媽媽 #3星半
