Weekdays 放假真係要好好放縱一下,去Harbour city 食個海景lunch 真係一點也不過份。天氣這麼的好,坐外面是必須的。Lunch set有幾個options,我地揀左三道菜$268,有前菜,主菜和甜點,menu甚有特色,坊間少有,好多都想試,仲對住咁有質素嘅靚景,真係值得。首先要杯red wine chill 下先。BreadFresh pineapple juice Onion tarte 賣相很精緻,帶甜的焦糖洋蔥和磨菇,配上脆脆的巴馬芝士片,半熟質感的鵪鶉蛋和artichoke 片,薄撻也很鬆脆,吃起來味道和口感相當豐富,很有水準,不是一般的前菜。以為crab fish cakes 冇咩特別,原來都咁好食,用左sea brass 魚肉做的,鮮味十足,配酸味味的pickles 和他他醬,就是美味。主菜confit duck leg軟透入口即化,跟慢燉砂鍋白腰豆和腸仔吃,很有飽足感。USDA sirloin (+$168) 煎得漂亮,肉味濃郁,口感嫩滑,喜歡它配紅蔥泥和蒜頭,為西冷扒味道加分。Apple tart tatin 是今天的亮點,反烤蘋果撻帶焦糖和果甜,
