Extremely disappointing! They messed up the order and couldn't fix it. Been calling about a birthday cake delivery from 5pm to 9pm and every time the replies were either 'it's on its way' or 'it's been delivered', resulting in a birthday dinner without a birthday cake.I wish they just said 'we messed up' so we could have bought a replacement cake from another bakery before they all close. Terrible customer service!
