I have been to the other Glasshouse branches and never have I been so disappointed, in both the service and the food. I asked for hot water, and was given cold water. I asked again, and was given a refill, of cold water. Both the waitress and myself are fluent in English, so I don't believe it was a language issue. When the food was served, it was place in the middle of the table. I was dining alone. This obviously does not make sense, unless I had asked to share with my invisible partner. Photo

Photo attached.

Lobster bisque - I understand it's common to have prawns instead of actual lobster meat in it, but the prawn was extremely bad. I could taste the ice. The toast that came with it was soggy in the soup before it even reached me.

Clams and mussels - A lot of broken shells, and a lot of empty ones. I fished around in the sauce, but they hadn't fallen off into there. The toasts that came with it strangely chewy.

I saw the chef wearing gloves, in which he used to shove rubbish right into the bin with, and then immediately goes onto touching food with those gloves

Safe to say, will not be back here again
