Booked 1:30, arrived at 1:28, and was standing in the doorway. Some server came out and used a very rude tone of voice to tell us all to stand out on the street as we’re “in the way”. Everybody ended up waiting in the street in chilling wind for over 10 mins before being let in to the restaurant. Waiting is not ideal, being a bit cold isn’t their fault, but the rudeness of the server who told us we are “in the way” just ties all the negatives together and makes you think they do not care about t

Food is still good like the other restaurants in the chain.
