一揭蓋就聞到濃郁櫻花蝦香,蒸蛋滑到似絲綢,面頭鋪滿脆口櫻花蝦乾,鮮甜層次爆燈!師傅話關鍵在於用自家製高湯代替水打蛋,難怪食到尾都唔會「出水」!

帶子外層炸衣薄到透光,咬落「咔嚓」一聲,內裡溏心狀態完美,配自家調他他醬,酸香平衡油膩感。好味!

🔥磯煮鮑魚伴肝醬
鮑魚慢煮淋上鮑魚肝醬,入口軟糯帶微微酒香。食完鮑魚,師傅會奉上一小碗醋飯,將剩餘肝醬撈勻,嗰種濃郁鮮味真係邪惡到喊! 好滿足!

呢道絕對係技術展現!魚連鱗炸至立起,鱗片脆如薯片,魚肉卻保持嫩滑,蘸上混入北海道海膽同法國黑松露嘅醬汁,鹹鮮中帶菌香,食到唔捨得吞

前幾日朋友話呢間幾好昨天3月16日抱住試既心態去吃———失望!食物質素只能同元氣比!師傅又無交流、個個好似唔知做緊咩、好似個個都係新人甘、手忙腳亂見到啲刺身一開始就係到擺盤、但到我吃到個碟刺身都已經成40分鐘後、成碟刺身暖哂、環境污糟邋遢、啲壽一開始就切定所有材料、成堆垃圾咁擺喺張枱!最好笑係啲熟食、成個餐有1粒炸既魚、細都骰仔咁有1粒仔龍蝦、勁柴、吃基圍蝦好過佢、有1粒燒鰻魚、燒到啲肉又柴啲皮又韌個蒸蛋又無味、面頭嗰啲綠色、同埋面頭好似一鼻涕咁啲汁結踢踢、嗰個煙燻鮑魚個鮑魚難食到講粗口、又咸、有冇咬口、只能說垃圾都不如!從未吃過甘難食既!唔會再嚟!

好耐沒有在香港食到一間無論餐廳環境、服務,食物和價錢都滿意的餐廳,真是值得推介。我們一行三人到這間餐廳食個Omakase午餐,午餐和晚餐的餐牌是一樣的,價錢最貴$698,最平$198也有,適合在附近工作的OL作午餐,除了Omakase之外,也有其他散叫的,可以參加以下相片。食物方面花了點心思,特別是個用紅酒慢煮的鵝肝,配合壽司一起食,非常美味,食物滿意。服務方面,也非常好,雖然人手不足,但總算安排得妥當,他們知道我們是慶祝生日,還特別額外送了一份小甜點給壽星,值得加分。我們三位都是叫了$498,食物內容也可看以下相片。現在香港的餐廳真的很難做,特別日本餐廳,除了核廢水事件影響,很多人也北上消費,大家真的要多些留港消費,香港仍然有我們值得支持的餐廳。
