Extremely Rude Hostess!

The food is alright, and even the waiters are too. However, the hostess who's name rhymes with "Lively" needs to be fired. When the restaurant opened for dinner, I was the first one in line. However, she completely dismissed me and ignored my presence and only would interact with other customers. I am not a Hong Kong local, but this was extremely inappropriate behaviour. If she doesn't know how to speak English, she should NOT be working as a hostess in a mall like Festival Walk in Kowloon Tong.

However, she completely dismissed me and ignored my presence and only would interact with other customers. I am not a Hong Kong local, but this was extremely inappropriate behaviour. If she doesn't know how to speak English, she should NOT be working as a hostess in a mall like Festival Walk in Kowloon Tong. Also, she should have at least tried to communicate with me. I do understand Cantonese and I'm able to speak it, despite my appearnce. It ruined my entire experience and I felt discriminated against. She also didn't seem apologetic about her behaviour at all. I'm incredibly disappointed. I used to love coming here to eat. Not anymore.
