Dish No1.:After eating the "Sichuan Spicy Chicken", almost immediately I developed mouth ulcer!.. Too much deepfried dried chili on this dish. The actual chicken about 18 or less were also deep fried. Chicken were cut in cubes, Bone-in, the size of a 50cents coin or a dollar at most.. Absolute rip-off!!.. Dish No2: Sichuan beef brisket.. Also a dissaster. taste of this dish is fair, But the beef brisket itself is so tough. Abviously, not enough cooking time to make the brisket soft and tender. S

Dish No3: Sichuan String Beans, taste is fair, but it seemed like its been pre-cooked.. the dish came out with wrinkle skins on the bean. This suggest it was not freshly made. Disappointed.
