TL;DR: poor logistics + poor food = do not go! 1. Very poor logistics in serving dishes The logistics of which the dishes were served was extremely chaotic - we were sitting on the bar table by the kitchen and saw that often the dishes were already cooked but literally sitting in the kitchen for 15 mins when the waiters seemed to be really confused which they belong. When the dishes were finally served, they often already got cold. There was a guy next to us who waited for an hour for his takeaw

1. Very poor logistics in serving dishes
The logistics of which the dishes were served was extremely chaotic - we were sitting on the bar table by the kitchen and saw that often the dishes were already cooked but literally sitting in the kitchen for 15 mins when the waiters seemed to be really confused which they belong. When the dishes were finally served, they often already got cold. There was a guy next to us who waited for an hour for his takeaway - absolutely disaster lol, while the table next to him was also chasing for a dish for 20 minutes and it was still not ready.

2. Food was not fresh and poorly marinated
Basic yakitori dishes like grilled chicken thighs and chicken heart taste bland and ad if they’re fresh out of the freezer - not fresh and poorly marinated. The tsukune also didn't cling the skewer and started to break apart and fell from the skewer when I tried dipping it into the egg sauce - lol what else can I say? Failing at the tsukune as the key dish for a yakitori place…

Anyway - paid $620+ per head for pretty much a failure at taste and the general experience.
