Booking: The reception lady got my surname wrong via phone (could not go in until they double checked my phone number at the spot for 5 mins)
Food we had: A set dinner for 4 at around $388 + steamed gwai-fei shells ($60) + fried A-choy ($50) + 10% + tea/sauce
- shrimp (fresh. very good)
- soup (dried pak-choy with pork ribs - ok)
- appetizer (jelly fish with spicy cucumber - good)
- 2 dishes of our choice (cuttlefish cake & lotus with beef - hot and tasted good)
- deserts (bird's nest egg tart + gwai-fa-go)
We brought 2 cakes to eat there (one handmade one from cova), waitress got us plates and knives without having us to ask her (Good!), no extra charge for cake cutting etc.
Total: $600
I would recommend this restaurant if you have a family celebration. The environment is fit for that, coz it looks like many of the tables are frequent customers (big families) and laugh a lot.
