First of all, my reservation at the sushi bar was at 1:30pm but we waited for 20mins+, and still have not seated. The server offered the table for us to have the appetisers (salad and chanwanmushi) and moved us to the sushi bar when seats are available. We ordered the sushi and roll set. Overall the fish was fresh but the sushi rice was terrible. The rice was mushy and tasteless and had no texture at all. We ordered the sushi and roll set. Overall the fish was fresh but the sushi rice was terrible. The rice was mushy and tasteless and had no texture at all. Also the chef did not explain the type of sushi being served but just placed it on the platter. That was a disappointment.
