To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於康怡廣場嘅alfafa係太古呢頭都算係比較抵食嘅西餐廳🍽️價位大約係$100 有齊餐湯、主菜同飲品而且座位舒適 都係唔錯嘅選擇.1️⃣烤澳洲100日穀飼牛有機鮮蘑菇及亞麻籽燴紅米飯 ($104)牛肉夠腍 而且夠晒入味 應該係用左慢煮方面黎烹調而且餐廳仲用左紅米飯 係健康之選👍🏻.2️⃣炸美國豬扒配荔枝甜酸汁及白飯 ($98)呢個炸豬扒炸得脆卜卜 雖然有少少乾但係都可接受最特別係用上荔枝作為甜酸汁 真係未試過呢個配搭 鮮果嘅甜味同炸豬扒好夾😛.套餐仲會配上是日餐湯(蘑菇湯) 而且仲有餐包🍞飲品方面我選擇左有機芒果橙茶🫖睇一睇個茶包仲係經Fair trade 認證咁有心思 真係值得支持整體黎講係一個好完整嘅晚餐
