今日屋企人食飯,揀左呢間新開嘅中菜酒樓‼️我哋一行8人,可以叫多啲餸「紫砂功夫燉湯」屋企人好鍾意湯水,就叫左羊肚菌響螺湯,湯頭味道清甜,不過略嫌清淡左啲,可能火喉未夠,煲多一陣會更出味‼️「咕嚕鳳梨黑毛豬」每次去親食小菜都一定會叫咕嚕肉,呢度就用左黑毛豬,肉質好爽嫩,而且入口唔會好多肥膏,好好食擺盤都好有心思,燒過嘅新鮮菠蘿好清甜❤️「鮮蟹肉粉絲煲」呢個煲一上檯,香味噴鼻,夠哂鑊氣蟹肉份量唔算多,似點綴而已粉絲才是重點,真係炒得好好食再加埋少少嘅花椒油一齊食,味道更上一層樓「欖菜肉末四季豆」「片皮鴨二食」一艘食片皮鴨都係用白色果塊麵粉皮,呢度好特別,係用蛋皮,比麵粉皮更薄,包住脆皮嘅片皮鴨,口感好perfert第二食就係鴨崧生菜包,炒香左嘅鴨肉粒,加入花生碎,口感好豐富!呢度好岩family gathering,啲位好闊落❤️
