港島區向來多隠世餐廳,呢間意大利餐廳主打手工意粉,睇menu時發現,食材均由意大利空運到港,感覺更Italian。lunch set包埋麵包、沙律/湯、甜品同餐飲,價錢合理,叫左兩款唔同既手工意粉,配料雖然簡單,若要煮得好食,咁就更突顯廚師既功架。It was a cozy restaurant, serving family style Italian food. Price for lunch set is reasonable for HK island district, not to mention all their pasta is homemade.#Penne Amatriciana $128配料非常簡單,主要有蕃茄醬同煙肉。蕃茄醬帶辣味,長通粉食落有蛋香,有咬口。長通粉由內至外都沾滿蕃茄醬,咀嚼下辣味會慢慢滲出。Even simple ingredients can made great dishes. Love the texture of penne pasta, which is quite chewy, compared to pre=made pasta.

Even simple ingredients can made great dishes. Love the texture of penne pasta, which is quite chewy, compared to pre=made pasta. Every penne pasta is filled with tomato sauce and is slightly spicy.
#Spaghetti Vongole $148
意粉偏淋身,整體味道清淡,正因冇多餘既調味,意粉係細味下,竟然食到蜆肉既鮮味。
The spaghetti is a bit overcooked for me. Although the dish is quite plain in overall, I can taste the freshness of clam without much seasoning.
#Pumpkin soup
湯比較稀,但飲落順滑清。Soup is more liquidy than I expected, though it is smooth and sweet.
#Chocolate Mousse
食埋飯後甜點就非常滿足,個杯好的骰可愛,食落空氣感十足,有啲似食朱古力雪糕。
Great to have this lovely dessert at the end.
